Strength in numbers!


The picture above is from Caffe Pascucci where Kim and I split a sandwich and salads. It was delicious! Today was the day of getting back on track. Kim, Allison and I created a check in system so that each day we have someone to be accountable to when it comes to eating healthy and exercising. (We’ve been using Google Docs: Spreadsheet and Forms) Today also marked day one of my new workout regime. It’s only been one day and based on the first session, I’m scared! Wish me luck!
