You’re a Tart!

You’re an Apple Custard Tart. And I am in love with you.


And I give to you… a photo of me playing with my food. Thinly sliced apples, to be precise. They were shortly thereafter placed on top of a homemade crust, covered in custard and topped with an apricot glaze. And around 35 – 40 minutes later Carrie and I devoured quite a bit of it (which is why the recipe photo is not of an entire tart; rather a half devoured one) while watching a romantic comedy.
